
A Letter from Mr. Roscioli
Dear Roscioli Yachting Center, Inc. Customers:
On behalf of everyone in this organization and myself, we welcome you to our marine facility
and trust we will be able to serve all of your yachting needs.
The comfort and satisfaction of you, our customer, is paramount to us at Roscioli Yachting Center,
Inc. (RYC). You have expressed the need for bigger and more spacious covered sheds with modern
amenities. We listened! In order to serve you better, we have made substantial investments toward
the improvement of our facility. This includes spending millions of dollars to construct our new
galvanized buildings. RYC's worldwide reputation as a first-class marina and boatyard is important
to us and we will strive to maintain your confidence.
Once all of the pertinent information has been acquired, a work order will be generated for your
vessel's anticipated stay at our facility. We would also like to familiarize you with our billing
policies. All work will be estimated for your convenience. Any estimated job of considerable size
will be written into a contract in which a payment schedule will be implemented. There are times
when a job cannot be estimated and must be performed under a "time and material" (T&M) basis.
These jobs will be monitored by your assigned project manager. We do not present proposals,
agreements, or verbal understandings. Estimates and contracts ensure our outstanding working
relations will continue year after year.
Please note that your initial contact will either be with Thomas Glass, Richie Koch, or Manny Meulener.
One of these fine professionals will organize your entry into the facility in order to match your
specific needs with our workforce and management team. Making your stay as expedient and pleasant as
possible is our focus.
RYC remains committed to addressing all of your dockage and repair needs and will continue to improve
and modernize this marine facility.

Please be advised that at all times, and particularly in the event of a hurricane
or other natural disaster, your vessel should have and maintain insurance
for such occurrences.
The vessel's insurance is always primary for both physical damage to the
vessel and liabilities arising out of the vessel. Roscioli Yachting Center,
Inc. does not insure your vessel for damages.
Dockage charges, or any payment for repairs, does not constitute bailment.
The maintenance and securing of the vessel is the sole responsibility of
the owner of the vessel.
