Administrative Assistant

Roscioli Yachting Center, Inc is seeking a highly qualified Administrative Assistant. The candidate must be motivated, use their initiative and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This position requires stellar communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to assist in day-to-day company operations. This is a full time position with no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Prepare various typed documents, such as letters, interoffice reports, proposals, reports of contacts, quotes, invoices, final reports and memorandum.

Interface with clients via the telephone or in writing, ensuring that all questions are answered timely and accurately.

Review and prepare expense reports for divisional employees.

Organize and maintain projects electronically.

Manipulate data within Excel spreadsheets.

Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the President and other Executives.

Skills:
Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Intermediate Microsoft Word skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Shorthand skills would be a distinctive advantage.

Some college or equivalent experience.

5+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
