Whether you want to extend the length of your yacht or outfit your boat
with a new mast, a flybridge, tuna tower or a simple galley accessory,
we have an in-house staff
of expert craftsmen well suited for your job. From design to fabrication and
installation, Roscioli has all the expert craftsmen he needs on staff to
handle all the work, every step of the way. That means time and costs are
strictly controlled.
Our certified welders provide excellent workmanship in one of the most critical
areas of fabrication, where quality is crucial. Finally, all of our fabricated
projects are primed, faired and painted. The end result is a completed
fabrication that adds to the value of your yacht, it is not only aesthetically
perfect, but very durable and problem free.
Instead of buying a new, larger yacht to meet your space requirements,
Roscioli can add the needed space to your yacht, whether it be a cockpit
extension or adding another stateroom.
For example, one extension Roscioli completed involved removing the transom
and extending the entire hull to allow the stateroom to be split down the
middle, creating two master staterooms, each with a full head. The project
included moving rudders and struts aft.
It doesn't matter what the original hull is constructed of- fiberglass,
aluminum, wood, or steel. The great thing about fiberglass extensions is that
once drawings are made and measurements taken, you can still be enjoying a
cruise while the extension is being fabricated. Once the extension is
finished, it can be attached in less than half the time of a conventional extension.
In fact, Roscioli has had the foresight to make a mold of every new fiberglass
extension he's built. (There are now 13.) So if you own a 72 footer and want to
extend it to an 82 footer, Roscioli may have the molds ready and waiting
for your yacht.
